At Don-Rick, Inc. maintaining customer’s trust and confidence is a high priority. That is why we want to protect your privacy when we collect and use information about you, and why we take measures to safeguard that information.
Our Privacy Policies and Practices
Types of “Non-Public Information” we collect depends on the product or service requested may include but may not be limited to:

- Health Information, including information about your medical history, health, and general insurance underwriting risk factors (e. g., for Life, Health and Disability insurance, Medicare Supplements)
- Information Concerning Your Previous Insurance Policies
While providing the requested information is voluntary, failing to provide it may delay coverage or prevent your ability to secure coverage. **This also applies to your ability to secure health coverage through the Marketplace, to receive advance payment of premium tax credits, cost sharing reductions or an exemption from the shared responsibility payment.
Information we may disclose to third parties
We do not sell your personal information to anyone. We do not disclose your personal information to third parties – people and companies that are not affiliated with us – for their own marketing purposes. For this reason, no “opt-out” is required. If we do share some personal information about you with third parties without your specific authorization, it is to provide you with products and services that you request and expect from us.
For example, how we may disclose the personal information we collect as necessary to:
- Manage, Service & Administer Your Policy or Account, Investigate and Pay Claims
- Help With Public Safety Issues, Health Research, Respond to Lawsuits & Legal Actions
- Comply with State, Federal & Workers Compensation Regulatory Requests, Demands or Laws
- Respond to Organ and Tissue Donation Requests with Medical Examiner or Funeral Director

Our practices regarding information confidentiality and security
- We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to those employees who need to know that information in order to provide products or services to you. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to guard your nonpublic personal information. Failure to comply with this privacy policy may result in disciplinary action up to and including termination of employment.

Chapter INS 25 of the Wisconsin Administrative Code generally prohibits any licensees of the Office of the Commissioner of Insurance, directly or through its affiliates, from sharing nonpublic personal information about you with a non-affiliated third party unless the institution provides you with a notice of its privacy policies and practices, such as the type of information it collects about you and the categories of persons or entities to whom it may be disclosed. In compliance with the Wisconsin Administrative Code and the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (Public Law No. 111-148), as amended by the Health Care and Education Reconciliation Act of 2010 (Public Law No. 111-152), and the Social Security Act., we are providing you with this document, which notifies you of the privacy policies and practices of Don-Rick, Inc.
This privacy statement applies to all current and former customers and is subject to change. We encourage you to review this privacy policy regularly at www.don-rick.com. You will not receive additional copies of this notice unless our Business Practices Have Been Changed or you request a copy in writing or by phone.
